Today at Work I Made...

A personal size frozen spinach and cheese pizza, eaten with a lactaid, and improved with sauteed eggplant, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs. I added a spoon of capers for a touch of bitterness. It was really personal, I was alone today.






Today at Work I Made...

Left Overs are a good place to start. Chongqing Beef from a Sichuan Restaurant (beef with a lot of dried peppers and peppercorns) stir fried with eggplant, zucchini, chives, baby bok choy, and egg noodles in a brown sauce. So spicy.



Today at Work I Made...

For breakfast I had a Salty Molasses Coconut Espresso Drink (slightly slushed) and a heated frozen waffle with almond butter, a banana, pecans, dried cranberries, raisins, goji berries, maple syrup and sea salt.

Today at Work I Made...

Breakfast for Lunch. Open-face breakfast sandwich with sauteed mushroom and tomatoes, hummus, cheddar, sausage and avocado. Work friend Kendall made a complete sandwich. It was manlier in every way. It had cream cheese too :( Very impressive sandwich eater.










New Addictions


Hot drinks make me want to smoke cigarettes so I quit drinking them. My new drink is a spoon of blackstrap molasses, a spoon of chocolate powder, a pinch of salt, a glass of coconut milk beverage (I'm lactose intolerant and it tastes better) with a shot of espresso. I chill it so it's not diluted with ice water and leave the chocolate lumpy because I love chunk.

Brown Rice with southwestern chicken sausage chili served with diced red onions, avocado, and extra sharp white cheddar and a runny egg.
